An overall of 139,719,060 typical shares (roughly 83.52% of the exceptional typical shares) were represented at the Fulfilling personally or by proxy.
At the Fulfilling, investors authorized the election of 10 (10) candidates as directors of Benefit to serve up until the next yearly conference of investors or up until their followers are chosen or selected, with the number and portion of typical shares represented at the Fulfilling ballot by method of tally in favour or kept from choosing the private candidates as follows:
