In financial information, U.S. home loan applications increased somewhat in the week ending Might 9, up 1.1% from the previous week, reducing after an 11% dive the week previously.
Many S&P 500 sectors fell Wednesday, led by losses in healthcare, products, and property, while tech and interaction stocks acquired.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 0.21% to 42,051.06, the S&P 500 acquired 0.10% to 5,892.58, and the Nasdaq rose 0.71% to 19,146.81.
